Stuck

Looks like we will be stuck with our townhouse a few more years. I had a family friend who is a Realtor come over tonight to talk about options for our house. We want to get out of this place because we need more room and don't feel like paying association fees. We want a yard of our own and we want to mow lawn and shovel. Well the housing market sucks and we owe more than what we could sell it for with all the misc fees added in. So we are going to try to refinance and either pay down the house loan even more or put the extra money into savings for a new house down the road. Either way, we are going to have to wait until Adam gets done with school before we can proceed. Until then, we make do with what space we have and keep paying the bills.
