One of my friends, who is a mommy of 2 boys (and one on the way!) suggested I make a long strap for the diaper bag so I could just throw it over my body and have it hang behind me. While I did not make an adjustable strap (still too complicated for me to attempt) I did make it so that the strap is removable in case I didn't want it on at the time. I even tried it on and I think it'll work!
