Finally Cold Enough

Last night it finally got cold enough for us to sleep with the new quilt I made for our bed for winter. We like to sleep when the temperature is cold in the house, but last night it felt colder than it has been in a long time. I had been sleeping with the blanket folded in half on my side of the bed since my husband is like heater. He usually doesn't need extra covers. However, last night, he finally decided it was time for another layer. Here's the quilt that I made. I came up with the pattern on my own and made my own measurements. It think it turned out pretty nice. It's also nice and warm!
